Time Off!

My typical idea of a vacation would not happen this time. I'm taking time off work for a week but I decided to spend most of my time at home. I'd rather catch up on that much needed sleep, sip wine and enjoy movie re-runs. Incidentally, I found a Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon (Red) in the supermarket. That's the winery we went to in Napa! Of course I couldn't resist the temptation of buying. This red wine is just right, there's a hint of spice that kicks into the throat and the bitter-sweet taste of grapes lingering in. Sip at 4pm, sip at 3am, sip at 7am, crazy isn't it? I still haven't gotten over my jetlag and I've been really tired. All I want to do is relax and take it easy. These are moments that I feel especially glad that I own a place by myself and have nothing to think about. I can pretty much do whatever I like and don't need to care how I look and how I'd mess up things. HB on one hand has been really busy, and to be honest I don't mind being by myself this whole week.
