I really did it! I took my real first step out there into the world. Today I had my first ever Japanese interview with GE Finance in Roponggi. The building was towering and really nice full of sophisticated people, instantly reminding me of my Makati life. I arrived at Roponggi Itchome station at 2pm. My interview's not until 2.30pm so I took some time to compose myself and enjoy the peace and quiet mezzanine. It dawned on me that I've taken my first step out into the outside world.
It was thrilling, as all first-times are, but I guess experience have taught me a lot and gave me self-assurance and confidence that I believe in my capabilities now more than ever. My interviewers are nice people and I have a feeling that they also don't know what they want. Hmm..interesting, but then, my new journey just begun....
