I didn't get BMW, just as my gut-feeling was telling me last week. The office was good, my would have been future supervisor was nice but I guess location and IT Manager made the difference hehehe. My desired salary seems too huge for the position and my desired position is that of the IT Manager, hahaha, so naturally, I'm a threat, hehehe. CRM Project Lead really meant Do-Everything-Project-Lead, and I challenged Gulitz (IT Mgr), I guess he didn't like it... Setback. Setback. But what have I learned for far? Be honest. Be natural. Don't be too self-assured (hehehe). I really hope I find that right job for me. Tomorrow, I have another appointment with another agent - Kyoko. Shibuta-san, an agent from a different company is working on my other options. I admit to be a little bit down, I've never encounter setbacks in interviews before...I guess it pays to be really choosy. I'm also weighing how much money I have in the bank and how many months I can afford to be unemployed. I really really want to resign from TM, not because I hate the company, but because I'm burned out, tired and I want to move on.
