I'm in the late stages of my negotiation with SAP Japan, surprise! surprise! I'm supposed to meet the vice-president, my 3rd and final interview. I wasn't expecting anything when I turned in last week, after my interview, they arranged for a 2nd and the following morning, my agent was arranging my salary negotiations. I felt really good about the company and I would love to pursue my CRM career there. I hope the final stages of this hiring thing with SAP Japan goes smoothly. Regardless, I'll be telling my boss tomorrow and I'd formally be resigning. Surprise! Surprise Frank!
I really can't get myself to a fully committed weekend overtime work. I worked for a while just because I needed to correct the data that my outsourcers are preparing. But other than that, it's really no work for me. I need the whole Sunday just for household errands - grocery, housekeeping, laundry, ironing and...sleeping! Sleep is a luxury these days.
I took a stroll along Takashimaya and I was surprised at the long line and great reception of the Japanese for Krispy Kreme. How can donuts be such a hit! It's winter and freezing outside but people are patiently lining up just for a taste of Krispy Kreme. Unebelievable!
