Universal Studio Japan

Sometimes you just have to forget all your worries and apprehensions and just do the things you want to do - because if you continue to delay, you might wake up one day regretting that you lost the chance.

I always wanted to go and visit Universal Studio Japan (USJ), but there was my busy work schedule, nobody to come with and since USJ is within Japan, I always postponed my trip. Until one day, I mentioned it in passing to Lanye and asked her what she will be doing on the coming long weekend. I told her I wanted to go to USJ, and it turned out she also wanted to. Her friend, Mel who works in Japan also wanted to go and we invited Jeff as well, to balance it out.

So off we went to JR View Plaza but all the package tours were so expensive. We then tried HIS, another travel agency, probably bigger than JR, and there was a very accommodating agent who looked for some alternatives for us. We finally took the 2 Days, 1 Night tour coinciding Jeff's biz trip.

So, finally, last Saturday, immediately after the strong Typhoon #9 passed by Tokyo, we were off to our journey in Osaka, in search of USJ adventures!
