Just When You Thought

Just when you thought that everything seems to settle down and finally the bumpy road has come to an end, bam! An explosion.

I had a really serious case today. All our customers werent able to login to one of our secured sites. I trusted fully the developer and Ms A mistakenly modified the config file. Wahhh!!!!

So, instead of badminton, I'm buried with tons of apology letters and incident reports to my stakeholders and of course to our loyal customers.
