Monday I was really busy mainly because it was the 2nd budget review and I needed to make fast revisions, and on top of the usual job, I needed to get out of office at 6.30pm in time to meet Kazumi at Ropongi Hills. It has been almost 6 months that I haven't seen her and she look absolutely great! Her career has taken off rather pretty good although her lovelife seems to be in a slump. I guess sometimes that's how it goes, we make our choices. We talked about her new work, her new experiences, our past (and failed) relationships and we disected the reasons why they failed.
This may seem rather funny to some, but we have both realized that we need to learn more about love, and about trusting.And that the next rule should be - never even get serious with a man you barely know! OK, OK. Someday I may laugh at this, but give me a break ~. We had so much fun talking, even exchanging beauty tips. Kazumi's 28 and she is starting to feel the depression and dread of nearing 30. I went thru the same phase and friends helped me out of that depression phase and so it was my time for me to pass that wisdom on to somebody else. We ended up our dinner date at about 10pm and on our way back to the station, we decided that we needed to take pictures of Roponggi Christmas Tree. Our cellphone camera quality is not so good, but I guess this will do.
