One of HB's legacy is the love of snowboarding that has sprung in my heart. It is the happiness and satisfaction I feel playing and challenging the cold winter snow, and of course and bruises and muscle pain that goes along with it.

What HB has left me behind is a passion for a daring sport, and this year I eventually stopped being scared of heights! I can confidently ride the lift with a fast heartbeat, yes, an anticipating heart! And as the lift reaches its end point, there is this exhilirating feeling, a satisfaction and appreciation of the whiteness and wonder that winter brings.

Behind me is Shigakogen, Nagano where I get to spend 3 days with my British young friend Jason. I want to go back!
