My First Real 2008 Tokyo Snow!

I woke up pretty late this morning today and when I gazed out on the window, I saw the piles of snow on the street and it was snowing really hard! I gave thanks to God for the very cold, yet purposeful day.

Today I end my Week 1 Vacation. How did I fare? I think I did pretty well. I've dragged myself and registered at Gold's Gym, and is already on my 5th day today. I've been weighing myself everyday and I've started from 51.6 to 51.0 now. I went down to 50.4 Friday but I don't want to rush myself too much. I think it's a pretty good start.

I played goodwill dual meet with NTT (yup, TM vs NTT) at Akasaka and I was given a chance to meet new pals, new badminton pals! I hanged out with my two ofcmates and I got really drunk, hahaha! I got my first PERFECT 501 Darts on a dare with these two pals.

Saturday was another badminton day. Perhaps it's because of my change of heart, and probably because of gym, but I feel really light and good playing badminton. When I look at myself in the mirror lately, I see a different person. And that's when I thank God and congratulated myself, I've gotten a long way since....and by the way, I got a company clean my kitchen exhaust!

I want to enjoy my Twelve Weeks of myself and in Week 2 I will retake my blood sugar test, continue my gym, hang out with the Nakano badminton pals, continue cleaning my house (oh household chores just never ceases !) and maybe go for a day tour snowboarding at Gala Yuzawa.
