Damaging To Career

I learned a very valuable 'career-related' lesson today. No matter what happens, never ever lose the good politics...that is, if you want to have a long-sustained career. You can never count on the better nature of people against back stabbers. It is a long and hard lesson to learn, but I learned it. I don't intend to bow out of it. On one hand, I am happy that I never bad mouthed any one of them hahaha. At least I hold my head up high on that. On the other hand, I intend to move on and get this done and over with - not just with passing but in high-flying colors. So OK, I learned that there are some things that can be temporarily damaging to your career, but if you keep your head up high, and if you keep your heart open for criticisms and if you improve yourself, in the end, the person who wins most is YOU. And lastly, RELATIONSHIPS do count, so if you value your career, be mindful of them.

(Thank God I have a decent private life that I can cling to in these times of heartaches! hahahah)
