Been neglecting my health recently and I'm ballooning again. I decided to readjust my focus and so I had badminton with T & Future English Sensei. I prepared a hell lot for the IMC but as it turned out, everybody else was mediocre, it was sort of overkill. I'm reviewing the things I learned from the CRM implementation to remind me of the dos and dont's of CRM implementation - for future references ;)

Knowing that I need to keep my current network if not expand it, sleepless and all, I dashed to Tamachi for social badminton and tired as I was, I couldnt decline the 'drinking party' for the same reasons..

I already promised Aki & Mika for a healthy Saturday fun girlfriends day, so we all went to Aoyama and tried the Oasis gym for free. It was fun, but I admit that Gold's Gym in Higashi Nakano is still so much better...except that it doesnt have a pool.
