When all the students had a cup of coffee in hand, the lecturer said:"If you noticed, all the nice-looking, expensive cups were taken up, leaving behind the plain and cheap ones. While it is but normal for you to want only the best for yourselves, that is the source of your problems and stress.

I'm learning to appreciate that cup of coffee in various forms and shapes like this dinner date with Lanye, Mel and his gf. The Fort was a re-discovery with displays of dinasaurs and an intimate line of restaurants. We settled down at Pier One and caught up with lots of stuffs. As I chatted with my friends, I have a feeling that slowly, they're also re-discovering the simple joys of life and the responsibilities that we face in this world. Oh, by the way, thanks Mel for letting me stay in your place for the night.
Weekend's Highs:
- Safely landing back to Tokyo after a couple of incoveniences at the PH immigration office.
- Visit with T to the new house.
- Beautiful orange sunset view over the horizon, over T's windows. The best things in life indeed are free!
- Physical exercise - basketball (T's friends are gentlemen) & badminton (training for T)
