At first look, it's your typical ugly duckling. Yes, an ugly duckling I instantly fell in love with. Instead of a mess and an old room, I saw a beautiful, well-kept, brand new fully furnish dwelling. 
The exterior is not bad enough, in fact it was more than what I was imagining. There is an admin office at the ground floor, and the 7 storey building is surrounded by lush green. It's a very refreshing place to recharge your batteries after a hard day's work. And the place is very near the station!
My unit is a corner unit and has a rooftop balcony. Another thing that excites me is having to host barbecue parties there and beer garden! My feet cant wait to dash to Ikea! I've learned so much about housekeeping these past 4 years and I think I'm ready to make more sensible choices of upholstery, furnitures and the like. I still can't fully say that the long wait is over because renovation completion is still a month away, but I learned to be patient.
