Niseko Hokkaido Tour and some more

I went up all the way to Hokkaido last weekend together with a bunch of snowboard addicts. I ended up hurtig my neck and losing my camera as we climbed (literally) all the way up to the peak and then rode down. I never once in my life imagined I'd be going all the way up there but I did it. Unfortunately I lost my camera so I dont have proof to brag.

Bruised and all, the following day was
a mini-half pipe. Again my first. I didnt jumped high but for me to be actually in a half-pipe - wow! Unbelievable.

I was fearing that T will get angry at me because I lost the camera. I was wrong. He was angry at our organizer for letting me go all the way up there. I told him, well, I'm a grown-up and unfortunately the group wanted to go all the way up and I didnt want to separate from them.

My job is getting pretty much more demanding each day, with pressures from execs to make our project happen this year. That's fine but I still havent got the funds to start the project. This has got to take a lot of creativity and negotiation skills out of me. T on the other hand has become really busy at work, and he's always tired. So on the personal side, I'm struggling a bit maybe because I was used to him being around all the time. Well, I guess this work timing coincides with the end of the 'honeymoon' period. The interesting thing here is that he views it differently (and very lightly) and I on the other hand thinks its something that we need to seriously pay attention to. Ahhh....life.

I heard from Blesh that they'll be going home very soon as they have been impacted by the global recession. Hubby wont lose job but then again, its kind of sad. T also reserved his time for the small farewell gathering at Y sensei's home.

As for the coming week, I pray to have the focus and wisdom to successfully conduct my BI Project training to the biz users. I also need to get a firm message across regarding some organization-related issues. Tall order and I would certainly appreciate divine intervention on this.
