I read a story about WW2 veterans at Iwojima - one of the American, the other Japanese. They hated each other just like enemies do but the American son married a Japanese girl and it all changed everything. I can only imagine a Romeo and Juliet setting for these two. But unlike a fictional drama, the real life love story of 2 war veteran's children endured. I'm getting goosebumps. Read more
