Almost at the pitstop

I'm in the last 1000 yards til I reach my
life's journey's one important pitstop - owning my first condo.
I never thought it's hard to make an international transaction with all the laws that I need to follow comes the hassle of producing documents. This task that I so hated doing by myself in the past is the very crucial step towards consummation of owning this asset. I'm sweating it out and learning the essentials.
May 2010 offered an unexpected path towards where I have nothing close to a slightest clue. All I know is that I need to work my ass again to replenish the cash outflow. There sprouts a new motivation to work!
