Still on the Biz Of eC

I got a very spicy reaction from a customer dispute I submitted to PAYPAL for eBUY PHils. Their server have been rejecting my mail and so I couldnt communicate with them. Their Helpdesk is always busy and no matter how much I tried I couldnt get through. Their contact number published in PAYPAL is already not in service. I tried the last option which is to go through their normal customer channel. They finally responded after 24 hours, saying they havent delivered because they there were waiting for my response. I confirmed the delivery and after another 24 hours,there was no response. I'm in a huge deadline pressure to finish off with prepping my condo, so I filed a dispute thru PAYPAL. Amazingly before 2 hours is over, I got this very spicy and remorseful mail saying that they are angered by my condemnation of a philippine-based enteprise, and it was so disappointing coming from another fellow filipino. Well, for one, I never once used any racially incriminated words, and i never once told them i'm filipino. It saddens and angers me so much because we pride ourselves as a very hospitable, and very IT orientated country but our services, our attitudes reflect nothing but that. We blame everything on everyone else. Interestingly, if that were in Japan, I would have gotten for sure a long apology letter, a phone call asking me how they would be able to speed up their service.
On the other hand, I applaud MyAyala for their superb customer service. Thank God for them.
