Mission Accomplished!

I've succeeded with my goals for my team this year. Whew-! More than relief, I am faced with the task of moving on to the next stage. However, I got positive feedback that the market is talking about the project I released, one of the possibly greatest compliment that I can ever have. Professionally speaking, I can now confidently say that I've done something worth while. But the irony is, I am now more than ever aware of the many challenges that still lies ahead. In all ways, it's good because this fact keeps my feet grounded.

Now that I've got my hands a bit free over the next 3 months, I guess there will be less distractions in my journey through learning the art of letting go. I'm actually starting with the song, I can't seem to shake it out of my head. But I'd like to believe that this will, so as others, also come to pass.
