Challenges of Managing People

When you get too lose - they become lousy. When you are too tight - they become secretive.
When you become too tight lipped - they become suspicious. When you are too open - you don't get their respect.

Managing people is never an easy thing to do. Sure you get fame for having successful staffs, but you also get the blame if they suck. It is hard to find the most effective method for you and for your team, and finding that delicate balance is an even harder challenge. You have to think not just about them, but yourself and your company as a whole.
