Eriko was kind enough to take a look at my PC and retrieve the data. It looks like I won't be losing my data and potentially my PC as it is (that is if I find the recovery disk). Thank God for Eriko! One very important lesson learned: don't be shy to ask for help because friends will always be there for you. One very important thing to remember: pay it forward...all the time. This is good karma.
