Shopping for the house is one of the most challenging, if not the most challenging things you'll ever be involved in Tokyo.
You have tons and tons of choices and it just gets so confusing. But what makes it easier this time around is I have accepted that I'm just your basic, no fuss kind of girl. I don't need all those advanced technology. Now, I can shop for what I only need. If it's washing machine, then I only need to do laundry. That's it.
I guess subconsciously I'm seriously preparing for that 'greener pasture', I told HB that my Cupertino biz trip would be my last for TM. He doesn't believe me. I guess in his mind, he still think that I'm just bluffing about quitting. But negotiations with McDo and BMW has been ongoing. Meanwhile, I'll have to wait for another week for the delivery of my bed and my washing machine.
