I'm really glad that Global TTT was over! It is a good train the trainer event where the last 2 days were dedicated to review the presentation skills, content knowledge and facilitation techniques of our future trainers. Unlike the 1st one we hosted in Ireland in July, I consider this training event more successful, more insightful and efficient. I attribute this perhaps to Bruno, who really look like he was really wearing his TRAINER HAT.
There are still so much to do with so little time, but putting the TTT out of my plate and into my COMPLETED bucket feels so good. I feel a little more at ease with the functionalities and a little more confident that we will do this! We will give JP it's CRM system. I can now focus on testing and deployment activities....incidentally, January is almost over.
Geez~ I never even felt the winter month season yet.
