Be A Manager

I finished my 2006 PRP (Performance Review) with my boss. He said that I will easily get the 'Exceeds Expectations' rating for last year, comparing to the rest of the team, but he also mentioned that it will be very tough from now on and I would normally get 'Meets Expectations' because as a Manager, I will now be rated by how much I can influence others. I have to change and be more responsible, more objective and more focused. This year will be another year of adjustment to this new role. I will try my best to be a good manager, but I also want to balance my life.
