For some reasons, I woke up early Sunday morning (yesterday). I immediately attended to my laundry and housekeeping. I was really moved by the Ando Miki's victory over the World Figure Skating Championships considering the heartbreaks she had last season, so I decided to turn on my TV to catch the morning sports news. Instead I saw the newsflash about the 6.9 intensity earthquake in Ishikawa Prefecture (northern Japan). Houses were destroyed, the ground shrunk. One elderly lady died and over 200 got injured. To think I wanted to stay overnight in Gunma prefecture (which is near Ishikawa) for an overnight snowboarding. God really sends angels.
I pray for those people who lost their homes, for the lady who died and for the fast recovery of those who got injured. We really won't know when our lives will taken away from us. All we need to do is give our best and offer our days to the Lord.

HB practically did the net auction for me (which is really David's request). I won. But then he realized that I need to give away my home address to the auctioneer and he said it's not safe (and I absolutely agree). So he didn't allow me to claim it. He told me to just tell David that we lost. While bidding I told him that I trust him, and he said, don't trust me. And then I said half-jokingly dont worry, I learned my lesson the first time.
