Hopeful

This week's both slow and fast. Slow because I'm waiting for good job opportunities, fast because I've been busy at work preparing BDDs. I'm hopeful though that things will turn out right...

My dinner with T has led to conversation about our future goals and hopes and wishes. After listening to him and him listening to me, I realized that we have very different points of view about life and responsibility. Yes, we have lots of things in common, but everyday we discover both same and opposite traits. Are these good things or bad? I don't know. Perhaps we compliment each other. Perhaps with our differences, we learn to meet halfway. I'm hopeful but I'm also careful.

T is not so busy at work, so he took the liberty to scout Osaki to look for my possible apartment. Yup, this apartment hunt is becoming a real headache, there's too much to consider and think. I'm hopeful that T would finally find something good for me. He wants us to pay a visit to one he found in Nakano Sakaue.

It both feels strange and funny that because I rarely see HB, I kind of miss him. We probably will never be able to build another bridge that we have burned in the past, but I'm hopeful that before I leave TM I have a chance to bridge that gap, even a little.
