Yuriko has been one of the closest and dearest friend I've got. In my dire hours, in my most desperate times, she was my lending ears and shoulder to cry on. Last Saturday, I shed some more tears - this time tears of joy for her finally walking down the isle. She's so pretty (as all brides are).

As the person who arranged the two of them together made his (very )long speech, I remember that period where Yuri was consulting us her friends over lunch because it seems the pace that she and Yousuke are going ---is rather slow and tentative. We all kept on encouraging her, as we shared bouts of laughters for her hilarious stories about Yousuke, the skimpy trunks, the group getaways, the Beyonce concert...and then finally, the moment when Yousuke asked her to be his gf. They both wept buckets of tears. And then almost two years after, here we are at Laguna Veil in Omotesando, to give thanks and celebrate the love that has sprung and will continue to grow as my friend Yuri and Yousuke walk life together....
