Un-motivated To Do Household Chores

I confess. I havent been doing any household chores since December. Maybe it's the coldness of winter. Maybe it's mental but I just can't get myself to move. Before I met T I was a bit like this, but I changed for the better. And now I'm returning to my old self. I need to prevent this. I have to be better than this.
