Coffee????

'You don't like my coffee?' The woman who always prepares our company complimentary coffee asked me straight on yesterday when she saw me making myself a bag of green tea. She probably noticed I consume liters of green tea everyday. And then she went further 'I make sure the coffee is always fresh and the coffee maker is always full. But it seems I don't need to fill it up...' she said with a hint of disappointment (in me...?). How can you refute that? So I replied with a very soft and faded out voice 'oh I'm sorry but I'm a tea person...'.

This morning I took my UCC coffee sachet at the pantry to pour myself my second cup of coffee for the day (ok I lied...when it comes to coffee I have a certain taste). By luck, the our coffee maker was there. No conversation took place this time. Sometimes it pays to just keep your mouth shut.
