Before getting out of bed, stretch like a cat.
Open your window to allow the air to circulate. Nothing beats fresh air.
Have a cup of coffee (or tea if you may).
Sing in the shower. Don't let stressful thoughts occupy your brain. There's time to deal with that later in the day.
Don't let fellow commuter get the better of you when they shove you or get too close (hey it's part of the game).
Greet people good morning with a smile. It doesn't hurt and it feels good, I promise.
Have a thankful heart that you've been given another day to live your life.
