The birds were happily chirping outside my veranda this crispy morning. The sun is shining brightly today. It looks like it's gonna be a happy day. I didn't have any train encounters with stinky people, with maniacs, with crazy people so I thought today will run as smooth as it should be.
Then I got in the office and I got a text from Jeff that our friend Ray's mom has passed away. I didn't get any details but it certainly is a news that no one wants to receive first thing in the morning. But then again, that is life, that is what is it. We never know what life will throw at us. All we can do is capture each moment, value each day we have as if it's our last. After all, there is a probability that is could be. The sad news today clouds the smiling sunshine but at the same it, it is a strong reminder that we should live our lives to the fullest NOW. TODAY.
