I used to spend the whole Saturday in bed, dwelling upon the tiresome week that was, or how much I hated the events that recently happened in my private life. But that phase is now slowly fading away. I have a new Saturday routine - badminton! I go as far as Saitama to play, and just like today, I go home at around 5pm feeling all so tired and consumed and satisfied. My passion, skills and competitive spirit for the sport will probably not come back the same as before but what I have now is enough to help me become healthier and happier. Today it was just 4 of us - Mune, Chris, Miho and me. We had 2 courts for 2 solid hours by ourselves. We had good games, not that hard but enough to satisfy our thirst for playing the game. One thing I like about Saitama is it is so family life-friendly. Public gyms, PTAs, parks, cheaper goods, friendlier people. It has all the ingredients to a happy home. And parking is free, by the way!

Friday, November 2 was the start of World Volleyball Grandprix. I missed watching it live last year, and I missed it again this year. So, I just content myself watching on TV. This is one of in my list of Must-See's in life. Well, sometimes you just can't have 'em all.
