Back to being a health buff

I slept for 8 hours last night. A far cry from the past year of having to sleep 4-5. My recent health degradation is making me realize that I need to take better care of myself. That I need to go back into the goal of sleeping for 8 hours each night. This one I stopped for a while because T was frustrated that he used to come home to a sleeping me. Well, he comes home past midnight so...Anyway, past is past. So last night, at 9:30am I was dead tired and I couldn't held open my eyes so finally I gave in to the urge to get to bed. This week I've been training myself to a breakfast cereal and 500 ml of orange juice! The past two days I didn't have the stamina to work out in the gym but I did get back to the sauna, this time trying to get back in shape one tiny step at a time. No overdoing it this time.
Not a lot of cooking for me on weeknights, I don't have any reason too. So, my recent dinners are usually a toss up of the following: breaded pork box, sushi box, tempura, ramen. I'm not stocking beers in my fridge. But I still do take a sip of wine from time to time.
For lunch, I try to make it a point to go out and eat properly.
On weekends, I endulge myself with some experimental cooking.
It starts with the mind ...but the body's gotta be in sync.
